01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jo999 ("jo999", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the website located at jo999.vip, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support channels operated by jo999.

By accessing jo999.vip, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the jo999 platform.

jo999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication at jo999.vip/terms-conditions. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. The governing language of all disputes, correspondence, and legal proceedings related to your jo999 account is English.

02 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to jo999 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jo999 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years. No exception is made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing jo999 voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off restriction, or account suspension on the jo999 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any gambling harm prevention body or self-exclusion register.
• You are acting in your own legal capacity and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into binding agreements.
• You have not previously had a jo999 account closed for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, cheating, or abuse of promotional offers.

jo999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. If a player is found to be under the age of 18 at any point, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made during the period of underage use may be forfeited in accordance with applicable procedures.

03 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of jo999 services, players must register a player account. Each player may hold only one active account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jo999 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months showing your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits, confirming ownership of the payment method.

jo999 will process submitted KYC documents within 72 hours of receipt. Players whose documents cannot be verified, or who fail to submit requested documents within 14 days of a KYC request, may have their withdrawal access suspended until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jo999 account credentials, including your username and password. jo999 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jo999 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the jo999 support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. jo999 will investigate all reported unauthorised access incidents and may temporarily suspend the affected account during the investigation period.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits to a jo999 player account must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is owned by another individual — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

The minimum deposit on the jo999 platform is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP account tiers may be subject to different limits as specified in the VIP programme documentation. jo999 does not charge deposit fees on transactions processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any supported Bangladeshi bank. Third-party mobile network charges may apply independently of jo999.

Deposit transactions are credited to the player's jo999 wallet in real time for bKash and Nagad transfers under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing times.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 24 hours on standard requests. VIP accounts at Gold tier and above benefit from priority processing with a target turnaround of 4 hours. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to payment methods registered in the player's own name and previously used for a deposit on the account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jo999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 BDT, which may extend processing time beyond the standard window. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

4.3 Supported Payment Methods

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jo999 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the jo999 platform. Where a conflict arises between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Unless stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unmet wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance at expiry.
• jo999 reserves the right to set game contribution weightings for wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games, table games, and certain crash games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent outside of completed wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jo999 monitors all player accounts for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure, use of multiple accounts to claim single-player promotions, and coordinated bonus exploitation across a group of players. Where bonus abuse is detected, jo999 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the affected accounts without notice.

5.3 VIP Programme

jo999's VIP programme operates across six tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite Diamond, and Black Diamond. Tier status is calculated on the basis of real-money wagering activity over rolling qualification periods. Benefits, withdrawal limits, bonus allocations, and account manager access levels are specific to each tier and are subject to change at jo999's discretion with reasonable notice. VIP status is non-transferable and cannot be inherited by a replacement account.

06 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

jo999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jo999 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the player account, forfeiture of all account balances (including real-money and bonus balances), and may result in legal action where applicable.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one account, whether under your own name or under a third party's identity.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features without direct human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.

• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute in bad faith after placing real-money wagers with deposited funds.
• Third-party account use: Allowing any third party to access or operate your jo999 account, or operating a jo999 account on behalf of another person.

6.2 Platform Integrity

07 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the jo999 platform — including but not limited to the jo999 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text content, graphics, icons, promotional artwork, software code, game interfaces, and any other visual or functional element — are the exclusive property of jo999 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jo999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display any jo999 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software element of the platform; or use jo999 branding, trademarks, or logos in any context outside of your personal account use without prior written consent.

Game content displayed on the jo999 platform is owned by the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is licensed to jo999 for display purposes. 08 Limitation of Liability

jo999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. While jo999 employs SSL encryption, multi-layer authentication, and industry-standard security protocols, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security, and jo999 does not warrant that its systems are immune to all forms of attack or technical failure.

jo999's total liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jo999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.1 Force Majeure

jo999 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond jo999's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or actions of third-party service providers. jo999 will endeavour to restore normal service as quickly as reasonably possible following any force majeure event.

8.2 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of jo999 that cannot be resolved informally through the jo999 support team should be raised in writing to [email protected]. jo999 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receipt of a written complaint. If a dispute remains unresolved after this period, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
